Join us for a weekend of dance film by Toby Shearer and myself. The weekend will consist of 3 short premeires and 1 long, reconstructed work in collaboration with local dancers, musicians, and artists.
TLR Presents: Una Noche Entre Sueños
Una Noche Entre Sueños features two live musicians, three choreographers, and ten dancers, coming together for an evening of collaboration and performance. Musical duo Arco & Aire—Heyni Solera on bandoneon and Maxfield Wollam-Fisher on cello—perform their new album of original tango music, Una Noche Entre Sueños, from start to finish. Six of the album’s compositions were accompanied by live dance in a range of styles, including tango, contemporary, ballet, and modern dance, with performances by several of Charlotte’s top dancers, including three members of Charlotte Ballet.

Join us at Goodyear Arts for our third annual performance series that emphasizes experimentation, risk taking, and collaboration. Witness new works by 35 Charlotte-area artists, members of the GYA Artist Collective, and a few guests from out of town.

Cure8 Charlotte
Get your tickets for Cure8 Charlotte, a curated weekend of dance in different cities around the country showcasing local choreographers in different genres.

WNC Relief Showcase and Silent Auction
A fundraiser for Hurricane Helen relief where past Hemlock House musicians and artists in-residence will volunteer their talent. 100% of the proceeds from the door along with silent auction art sales will go to pulitple organizations serving those affected throughtout western North Carolina.
